HOW TO ENTER

Warner Bros and Chanui are giving you the opportunity to win 500 double passes to SHERLOCK HOLMES: A GAME OF SHADOWS.

Simply send 5 barcodes of any Chanui product along with the completed entry form (found at www.chanui.com) to Chanui Limited, P.O. Box 105-063, Auckland.

GENERAL

1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
3. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand, excluding employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies, its agencies and their associated companies, participating retailers and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion (“Eligible Persons”).
4. Entry is open to all age groups.
5. Promotion commences 1st December 2011 and finishes on 31st January 2012. There will be 4 draws of 125 tickets each to select winning tickets. The first draw will be on Tuesday 10th January, Tuesday 17th January, Tuesday 24th January and Tuesday 31st January. Entries received before 10th January will be valid for all 4 draws, entries received by 17th January will be valid for the 3 remaining draws, entries received by 24th January will be valid of the 2 remaining draws and entries received by 31st January will be valid for 1 draw only.
6. Entries received after the 31st January will not be valid for any draws.
7. Winners will be notified the day after the draw by mail.

ENTRY

1. To enter, you must send 5 barcodes of any Chanui product along with the completed entry form (found at www.chanui.com) to Chanui limited, P.O. Box 105- 063, Auckland.
2. There is a limit of 1 entry per person.
3. To register, the Eligible Person must provide all details required by Chanui on the entry form, including first and last names, postal address and email address.
4. All prizes will be sent to the Eligible Person, who will be contacted by mail with the winning tickets.

PRIZE

1. The main prize is 500 double passes to SHERLOCK HOLMES: A GAME OF SHADOWS.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the package components dependent on internal and external circumstances, up to the original value of the package.
3. The Prizes mentioned above are at the promoter’s discretion and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prizes without notice, depending on stock availability.

WINNERS

1. The winner will be notified by mail with their free tickets.
2. Entry into this promotion authorises the Promoter to release any winner’s phone number(s) to their agencies in order to contact and verify the winner.
3. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as consequence participation in the promotion.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the website user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the Promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in the Promotion.
6. If for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct or operation of the promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures) the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate (including withholding any prizes).
7. If the Promoter believes that an entrant has tampered with or subverted the processes relating to participation in the promotion, or has otherwise violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the entrant's password and account (or any part thereof), to exclude that person from participation in the Promotion and/or to withhold any prizes from that person.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time.
9. The Promoter is Chanui Limited. The Promoter collects and will hold entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address as detailed on this website.
